2. When Should I Book My Mobile Bar?
For weddings and large events in Coastal Georgia, we recommend booking your mobile bar 6–9 months in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and fall).
Smaller events or private parties may have more flexibility, but dates fill quickly — particularly for weekends in the Golden Isles. Booking early ensures availability and allows plenty of time for planning.
3. Do You Provide the Alcohol?
No — Lux 33 is what’s known as a dry hire mobile bar, meaning we provide everything except the alcohol.

4. Do You Carry Insurance?
Yes. Lux 33 carries a $1 million general and liquor liability insurance policy.
If your venue requires being listed on our policy, we’re happy to add them for the day of your event and coordinate directly with the venue to ensure all requirements are met.
If you’re hosting an event at a private residence, we also recommend the host carry same-day event insurance for additional coverage.
When booking a mobile bar, no matter where you are, always confirm they carry proper insurance.
Insurance can be a lengthy topic — and honestly deserves a blog post of its own — but we like to keep things simple and transparent from the start.
5. Do You Have a Minimum Guest Count?
Yes. We have a 25-guest minimum for a 3-hour service window.
If your gathering is smaller, we’re still happy to accommodate — the minimum fee would simply still apply. This allows us to maintain the same level of quality, staffing, and preparation for every event, regardless of size.
6. Do We Have to Rent Your Bar?
Not necessarily.
Many venues and private homes already have built-in bars that work perfectly. During the planning process, we’ll discuss your setup and ask for a photo or video of the bar area to ensure it’s an efficient workspace for our team.
If a bar rental isn’t needed, we won’t push it — our goal is seamless service, not redundancy.
